1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- You may return or exchange any hockey equipment purchased from Vishous Hockey within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the equipment must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Trying on equipment is acceptable. If equipment is worn on the ice, it is considered pre-owned. **Please see our pre-owned equipment selling guide.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day window. You can reach us at Vishoushockey@gmail.com
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant photographs if applicable.

3. Buyer Responsibility for Shipping Charges:
- The buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs on equipment back to Vishous Hockey.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the returned items.

4. Condition of Returned Equipment:
- All returned equipment must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear and tear, or damage.
- We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if the equipment does not meet these conditions.

5. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase once we receive and inspect the returned equipment.
- Exchanges will be processed promptly once the returned item is received and reviewed.
- If the item being exchanged is of greater value, the buyer is responsible for covering the price difference.
